How It Works

Dedicated Race

• A dedicated race will be appointed in your company/organization or group name.

Program Listing

• Your designated presentation name will appear in the Live Past Performance race program, on the infield screen.

Winners Circle Access

• A GX team member will escort up to six (6) of your guests to the Winners Circle and present a small item to the winner. Your guests will be able to watch the race live from the apron at the Winners Circle.

Donation For Horse Retirement

• Help former racehorses get a fresh start at facilities that help them start their next chapter in life.

Broadcast Worldwide

• The presentation can be viewed at any of the racetracks worldwide that we simulcast our racing with.

Race Photo

• You will receive an electronic photo of the Race Presentation post Event to distribute to your group as a takeaway.

Note that Presentations are subject to availability and must be pre-arranged a minimum of 10 business days prior to event date. Graded Stake Races are subject to availability – please contact partnerships@woodbine.com for a custom sponsorship package for your brand
